What is a Homeowners Association (HOA)?
A Homeowners Association is a resident-led organization that helps keep our community beautiful, safe, and welcoming. Run entirely by neighbor volunteers who serve on the board, the HOA manages shared neighborhood spaces, hosts community events, and upholds local guidelines. By working together, we ensure Normandy Forest remains a wonderful place to live while protecting and enhancing everyone's property values.
Meet Your Board
The HOA Board meets at the clubhouse on the 3rd Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 6:30pm sharp. It's a great time to meet your neighbors, hear from local authorities, and ask your questions in person.

The event coordinator is a volunteer resident in charge of our 3 major resident events. The Easter Egg Hunt, our Fall Festival, and Cookies with Santa. We are always looking for extra volunteers to make these events run beautifully.
